We WILL have practice on July 3rd but recognize some swimmers may not attend. Please let us know if your swimmers will attend so we can get a count for coaches and donuts!.

SSA Championship - 11 & Older

Warm-up: 2:45 PM

The following meet schedule applies to both days/sessions:

  • 2:30 pm - Doors open and Volunteer check-in
  • 2:45 pm - Warm-ups begin
  • 3:30 pm - Swimmer Line-Up Meeting
  • 3:40 pm - Timer Meeting and Stroke & Turn/Officials Meeting
  • 3:45 pm - Warm-ups end and First Call from Clerk of Course (Events 1 and 2)
  • 3:50 pm - Swimmer Line-Up begins on the pool deck
  • 3:55 pm - National Anthem
  • 4:00 pm - Meet starts

Coaches relay races will be held at the conclusion of each session. Wednesday: 100 Medley Relay - Thursday: 200 Free Relay
