I am excited to be returning to Neptunes for my 15th summer since 2004. I am currently a Science Teacher at Belton High School along with being the Head Swim Coach for their Boys, Girls and Middle School teams. I was a former competitive swimmer myself, having swam year round for 8 years before joining the team at Eastern Illinois University. I have been coaching swimming for over 25 years, and at multiple levels - Summer rec, Club, and High School. I have a passion for spreading the joy of this sport to others as it truly is a lifelong skill. I am married to my wonderful wife Brooke, and we have two girls who have both swam numerous years on the Neptunes. Grace is our oldest and she graduated from Missouri State University in December with a BS in Sports Medicine and is currently working on her Master's in Athletic Training. Piper is our youngest and she will be entering her Senior year in High school in the fall.
I am so excited to coach Neptunes again this summer! This will be my second year as an assistant coach for NFS, but I have been coaching for the past four years. I also teach private swim lessons so feel free to reach out if you are interested! I have been a Neptune since I was 10 years old! I went on to swim for Blue Valley Northwest and COOL Swim Team through high school. This past year, I swam at the collegiate level for California Lutheran University.
Hello my name is Camille Liebergen and i'm super excited to be an assistant coach for Neptunes Swim Team! I was a competitive swimmer from 4th grade all the way to my senior year of high-school and have been coaching/teaching swim lessons for about 4 to 5 years now! Currently, I am heading into my 3rd year of college at Fort Hays State University for Criminal Justice.
Hi, my name is Maggie Dahl! I just graduated from Blue Valley Northwest high school. I’ve been a Neptune since I was 9, but I’ve also been a member of my high school’s varsity swim team all 4 years of high school, as well as a member of the Kansas City Blazer’s National Team this year. This fall, I am swimming at Butler University while pursuing a major in Kinesiology!
I am very excited to join the Neptunes coaching staff! I have just graduated high school at Blue Valley Northwest, and I will be attending the University of Kansas in the fall. I have coached kids in many different sports through the Blue Valley rec inclusive sports program. I love coaching little ones and seeing the result of the time spent and progress pan out. I have also been a lifeguard for the past three summers and was a former Neptune myself.
