First day of practice tentatively set for May 26, 2026, depending on last day of BV schools.

During swim season, practices are held Monday through Friday and organized by age groups. The team may ask some swimmers to practice in other sessions to accommodate swimmer abilities and session size. Parents and swimmers may practice in other sessions with the approval of the coaches to accommodate swimmer schedules. This is an example of a last year's practice schedule - the 2025 schedule will be finalized once registrations are complete.

8 AM - 9 AM: ages 8 and younger

9 AM - 10 AM: ages 9 - 12

10 AM - 11 AM: ages 13 and older
