Registration Process and Requirements 2026 Swim Season
Swimmers must be five years old and able to successfully swim the length of the pool (25 meters) to participate on the NFS Neptunes Swim Team.
The following steps must occur before your swimmer(s) will be added to the NFS Neptune’s roster for the 2026 season:
1. The online Swim Team Registration is completed.
2. Electronically ACCEPT and SIGN that you have reviewed and agree to the SSA Code of Conduct and SSA/NFS Neptune’s Waiver and Release of Liability in the link provided on the registration site. There will be a section at the end of the on-line registration where this will be required.
Swimmer fees must be paid before the swimmer can attend practices or meets. Swimmer’s families must be in good standing with the NFS HOA including payment of HOA dues.
Each family is required to provide an adult volunteer (18 or older) for the equivalent of 5 half meets. (This can be combinations of full and half meets.) You will be asked for your preferences for volunteer type and timing, but you will not be guaranteed a particular work assignment or volunteer shift.
RESIDENT Swimmer registrations must be completed by March 27th to avoid a late fee ($40/swimmer $75 max per family). The final day to register is April 3rd at 11:59pm.
The team may offer returning non-residents team membership only when NFS residents do not fill all available places.
It is anticipated that the team will again reach capacity in 2026.
Returning Non-residents will be considered first for membership on the 2026 team.
- Non-residents that did not swim on the 2025 Neptune’s Swim team will eligible to swim on the 2026 team after residents and returning non-residents have been placed.
- Non-resident enrollments will be processed “first received, first enrolled" until the team is full.
- An enrollment received date will be assigned when electronically signed copies of the SSA Code of Conduct, and SSA/NFS Neptune’s Waiver and Release of Liability are signed on-line and payment made.
- Non-resident applicants will be notified no later than April 16th of their status with the team.
- Once you begin the online registration process, you will have 15 minutes to complete registration before your place will be released and the system will require you to begin again. Please have the following information (that you might not know off-hand) prepared to help make the process stress-free:
